Hi, I'm Chrisy Boldra, a Registered Dental Hygienist and Myofunctional Therapist proudly serving Conifer, Colorado and the surrounding foothills communities — including Evergreen, Bailey, Morrison, and the greater Jefferson County area. With more than 25 years of clinical dental hygiene experience, I've built my practice around one guiding belief: treating the root cause of dysfunction, not just the symptoms.
I specialize in orofacial myofunctional therapy (OMT) — a research-backed, exercise-based approach that retrains the muscles of the face, mouth, and throat.
